    Today about 1.10pm A Hervey Bay police car almost smashed into my housemates car when it did a U turn in front of us without warning :(
    All I saw was the front of the police car coming towards me as my housemate swerved to miss it and only his quick reaction and a clear road of incoming traffic prevented my being crushed because the police car didn't slow down or stop even after their careless driving
    and my housemate won't complain even though I am traumatized because we all know how police cover their mistakes and protect eachother :'(
    As a result I have a new fear of police incompetence other than their lack of protecting innocence
